I really wanted this to work, but the campaign tracking just kept giving me problems. Reports were messy, showed up late, and made it hard to know what was actually going on. I even had my brother take a look with me to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but it still felt unreliable.

This has been really helpful for keeping all my links in one place and way more organized. Makes things a lot easier for me

I used Bitly to make a few QR codes for some flyers, it did the job without giving me a headache. The codes scanned fast, which was a relief, and I was happy to be able to check the clicks afterward. Setting everything up was simple enough, though I did get a little annoyed because some features felt tucked away unless you poke around for a bit. I also wish the free plan gave you just a bit more to work with. Overall though, I’m in a good mood about it, it’s a useful tool and I’d use it again.

I’ve used a few different tools for editing links, and this one works just fine compared to most of the others. It’s straightforward, doesn’t make the process confusing, and gets the job done without much hassle...

The login alerts showed up later than I expected, which wasn’t great. For me, this is one of those things where if it doesn’t come through right away, I kind of assume I can’t fully trust it. It still worked, but the delay made the whole feature feel less reliable.

It works fine overall, but I remember sitting there waiting and feeling a little impatient because I really needed it to move faster. Nothing was terrible, but that moment stuck with me. If the speed improved, I’d feel much better about the whole experience.

There have only been a few little hiccups here and there, nothing that felt like a major issue or caused too much frustration. Overall, it’s been dependable enough that I don’t really find myself worrying about it day to day...

I’ve been using Bitly’s free plan mostly to share links and keep an eye on basic click numbers. It’s easy to shorten links, i haven’t run into any major problems with it. For the small stuff I do, it gets the job done. That said, the limits are definitely noticeable, and sometimes it feels a little like you’re trapped in the free plan unless you’re ready to upgrade. It’s fine for light use, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything bigger.

It’s been helpful sometimes, but getting set up was way slower than I expected. I had to wait around for support more than once, which made the whole process frustrating. If that part doesn’t improve, I’d seriously consider leaving for something easier to get started with

I’ve been using bitly for a handful of links, and the click counts line up well with what I’m seeing in my own site analytics. So far, no random spikes or missing clicks, which makes it feel easy to trust 🙂

Shortening links was easy for me, like i said, nothing complicated. I didn’t run into any big issues, and like i said, it does what it’s supposed to do without much hassle

bitly does what I need it to do, honestly. I make a short link, it works, and I move on with my day. No drama there. It kind of reminds me of buying printer ink, where the thing itself seems simple until you start figuring out what it really costs to keep using it. My main issue was the pricing. At first it looks straightforward, but once I wanted things like more links or basic tracking, I felt like I was suddenly being nudged into higher plans. I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to figure out what was actually included. I wish they would show the limits and costs more clearly upfront. For a tool that’s basically supposed to make links shorter, the plan details felt more complicated than they needed to be. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying.

I use Bitly often, but it still feels like spam and phishing links get passed around way too easily. Reporting them doesn’t seem all that quick either, and I wish the protection side was stronger. It’s not awful or anything, just doesn’t feel like enough for me. Anyway.

I was hoping for more detailed analytics, especially breakdowns by device and location, but it all feels surface-level. For what we’re paying, I expected a lot more insight :/

I’ve been using the Bitly API for tracking links and creating short links for a while now, it’s been solid. I mean, I don’t want to overhype it, but it’s almost always up, and the few times something has gone wrong, it’s usually turned out to be on our end. The docs are decent too. Nothing too flashy to say here, really, it just works and saves us a lot of hassle

I like what the service is supposed to do, and when the links work, it’s genuinely useful. But I’ve been waiting days to get help with a link issue I really need fixed, and so far I’ve only received an automated reply. That part has been frustrating because I was hoping for an actual response by now.

In my experience, the short links have been really solid. I haven’t had any of them break on me so far, which has been nice.
