"Exceptional food"
The minute we walked through the door they were so friendly. The food was amazing. Haggis and tatties best I've tasted. The waiters were very attentive, polite.

"They took what money I had left for…"
They took what money I had left for Christmas I'm left with nothing for my kids and grandkids. They would call me nonstop and b4 I could answer my phone they would already be on my phone idk how they would already be on my phone but they were. I was harrased constantly and they tricked me into opening my bank account and took what money I had. I'm not a very smart person I just thought I was getting a look at how my account would grow in comparison to another company I ended up getting what money I had left for Christmas. I just lost my daughter in a fire and now this happened.... My heart is so broken idk what I'm gonna do 😭😭😭

"Horrible Company"
Last year their website was different. Everything pointed to the price being monthly, yet they chatged me yearly. In shock i instantly cancelled it.

This year they’re straight up bullying me into paying again and keep trying to charge my card. Horrible company.

"They charged one more month of…"
They charged one more month of subscription, on next day, after I cancelled the subscription.

Technical support just said:
"I am unable to offer a refund for the current billing period.

As you have already downgraded, you will not receive any further charges and you will have access to the upgraded plan until your initial sign-up period is over. At that point, you can still use the free Bitly product!"

My opinion: they are thieves

"Total scam"
Total scam. You sign up and send the minimal amount. Soon as you do that a the salesman contacts you and they want thousands of dollars for you to keep going daying they will add their own money to match yours. If you don’t do this and ask for your money back, kiss your money goodbye. They are lowlife scum

"I had an important deadline"
I had an important deadline. I told them this. There was a problem with their QR codes - they did not work. It was a devil of a job contacting them. When I finally go through to sales he said he was sales and could not help. I finally without sales help got through to tech support - the girl there was sloppy, failed to solve the problem and then ignored me despite my increasingly frantic emails. The deadline was missed. Did they care? No.

"I was looking for a free QR code"
I was looking for a free QR code - their marketing is misleading in that it says you can have a free account and use one dynamic QR code but in practice, it ceases to work after 10 days and the only option to make it live again is to take out a subscription £60 quid a year for a QR code is daylight robbery. and of course there is no reply from so-called customer service. Update: After a few days they did come back to me and 'upgraded' me to the free plan so it solved my issue and I'm more happy than I was, but I still think their marketing is misleading.

"Unethical company and awful customer…"
Unethical company and awful customer support. They took money from my account a couple of days after I cancelled my subscription (and deleted my account). Impossible to contact support since I need to be on a paid plan. Plus, they have tons of automated emails/bots that look like « real » emails. Please, avoid their services, they’re rubbish.

"Bitly has numerous bugs and awful customer support"
Bitly has numerous bugs that its customer service doesn't acknowledge. Additionally, if you make a mistake in a link, that counts against your credits for the month and they do not let you correct the links.

The customer service from sales to the fitting was faultless old school,the fitters were polite and over the 3 days arrived as planned and got on with the job in hand.

"Beware - contains virus on their site"
Disgustingly, annoying site. I was trying to use their branded links but they had a virus on their site which kept displaying a productivity pop up that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I now use another service

"The Best URL Shortener for Marketers!"
I've used Bitly since 2008-9 for school, and then graduated and started using Bitly in my Marketing career.

I use Bitly's free plan for URL shortening, analytics, and customizing the back half of the URL for Social Media, Digital Marketing focused on advertising.
